Return/Refund Policy

Returns 
To be eligible for a return it must be a sizing issue on clothing items or shoes, within 7 days after receiving merchandise. After 7 days has gone by there is absolutely no way you could request for a return. Proving photo is required regarding sizing sent to email sales@shanamonet.com (All items that are on sale are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned) NO REFUNDS!! Thank you.

Cancellations 
There is absolutely no way to cancel the order after it has been processed. There are absolutely no exceptions. Customer agrees to that by placing an order with us. All sales are final

Absolutely no exceptions we will not participate in giving refunds. We take pride in our items, and they are all customized to customers liking. Please keep this in mind when ordering. NO REFUNDS!! Exchange ONLY!!

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if sizing issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: sales@shanamonet.com 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
