Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within that 2–3 business day window.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


Shipping Carriers

We ship nationwide using the following trusted carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx (Federal Express)

Shanaè Monèt reserves the right to select the best shipping carrier for your order based on your location and shipping preferences at checkout.


Shipping Times

Delivery timelines vary by location and carrier:

  • USPS First-Class or Priority Mail: 2–5 business days

  • UPS Ground or 3-Day Select: 1–5 business days

  • FedEx Home Delivery: 1–7 business days

Note: Shipping times begin after the 2–3 business day processing period.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package directly with the carrier provided.

After the package has been scanned by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is out of our control. For updates or issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet all delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday surges

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

If a delay occurs beyond our standard processing time, we will notify you promptly by email.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Shanaè Monèt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly in such cases.

  • Missing tracking numbers after 4 business days

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Damaged items upon delivery
